• To process your one-time signup fee and manual monthly/quarterly membership plan purchases.
• To coordinate the delivery and returns of book batches via our courier partners within Chennai.

Account Cancellation & Refunds: We will permanently delete all your personal data once you explicitly request it, or automatically when you cancel the library service and successfully collect your ₹1,000 signup fee refund.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, sending you a direct notification via email.
